The Mirum Cares Club is a no-cost nutritional support program offered by Mirum Pharmaceuticals to individuals using Mirum products because we are committed to putting the needs of patients first. It delivers a range of items to help supplement nutritional deficiencies in eligible patients living with conditions that Mirum supports. Confirmed members will regularly receive their personalized Mirum Care Packages in the mail at no charge.

Mirum Care Packages are mailed to all members of the Mirum Cares Club free of charge. Members can personalize their care package to their specific dietary needs as discussed with their doctor. Care package options currently include multivitamins in different forms and flavors, individual vitamins A, D, E, and K, baby formula, and MCT oil. Some options are available in different forms like liquid or softgel, as well as flavors. Mirum Care Packages will be automatically mailed to members on a regular basis. Be sure to talk with your doctor about your specific needs before personalizing your care package.

Any patient who has been prescribed and is currently taking a Mirum medicine can request to join the Mirum Cares Club at no cost. Fill out the request form to get your Mirum Cares Club membership started. After you’ve submitted your request, a Mirum Cares Club representative will respond within 1 to 2 business days about the status of your membership.

If you are a currently confirmed Mirum Cares Club member and you experience changes to your insurance, please contact the Mirum Cares Club using this form.

The Mirum Cares Club looks forward to expanding support over time with more supplements, more variety, and more membership features.

Yes, the Mirum Cares Club is completely free to join. There are no membership fees or re-enrollment requirements.

If you have not received your Mirum Care Package within 1 to 2 weeks of your membership confirmation, reach out to us here and a Mirum Cares Club representative will get back to you soon.
